How Members Opt In

prsoo (Bamboo Root Inc) sends automated SMS reminders only to members who explicitly opt in inside the prsoo app.
 

1. In-app opt-in.

On the reminder screen, the member turns on "SMS to your phone" and enters their mobile number. Directly beneath the phone field, the member sees and agrees to:

   

"By turning on SMS you agree to receive recurring automated text reminders from prsoo — onboarding and pursuit-mapping nudges, reminders you set, session prompts, and occasional check-ins. Message frequency varies based on the reminders you set. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Terms and Privacy Policy."

2. Confirmation (double opt-in).

 

The first text asks the member to confirm:​

"Hi [name]! It's prsoo. Reply YES to confirm recurring automated text reminders. Frequency varies; msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel."
   

Only members who reply YES receive further messages.

Message types

Message types include first-week onboarding (pursuit-mapping) nudges; reminders the member schedules; prompts to complete daily sessions; occasional re-engagement check-ins. Transactional only — never promotional.

Reply STOP to cancel anytime. Reply HELP or email support@prsoo.com.
